Terms and Conditions
The Customer expressly agrees that any and all purchases made from Concrete Mix USA shall be strictly governed by the following terms.
(A) PAYMENT TERMS
1- Prior to delivery of concrete, customer is responsible to place payment for delivery fee upon signing of the contract.
2- The client agrees to pay for the concrete actually use during the delivery.
3- Payment is due upon delivery and is charged upon delivery of the cement and will be charged using the card on file.
(A) All invoices for goods and materials purchased and services rendered shall be do it payable on receipt
(B)SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER.
1- To provide PSI and size gravel wanted for the job
2- To provide date and time wanted for the delivery of the concrete
3- To provide reasonable on-site access, setup and wash out areas for the pumping of the equipment.
4- To provide 24-hour advance notice of change of schedule for concrete
5- To provide OSHA safe site conditions & work areas for Concrete Mix employees.
6-To provide a proper place & water source for clean truck up on site.
7- After 40 minutes at the location a surcharge of $160,00 will be added to the final invoice for every hour it takes to pour the concrete Cancellation 24-hour notice of cancelations is required. Late cancelations are subject of a charge of $250.00. Cancelations due to weather conditions shall not apply
